Our Definitions
Venture Building
— The process to create successful startup companies by putting together the key ingredients from company inception to growth, including the founding team, protected technologies, customers, and strategic direction.
Innovation
— The process of going from idea invention to market, including idea generation, idea validation, team formation, R&D, technology commercialisation, prototyping, and business case building.
